I have been looking at Lee Bontecou's art lately, especially her mobiles(she was one of the most influential women artists in the 60s). Here work is very interesting--dark colors, futuristic, 3-D/2-D...her work really draws you in as if your looking at a differnt world's landscape. What do you think?
I really love her sketches and drawings - lots of texture and emotion.
